The issue you are experiencing is a known issue that's possibly being caused by the nVidia graphic card software.
The software at the heart of the problem isnVidia's " nView Desktop
Manager", bundled with their more recentgraphics cards (and
preinstalled on many PCs). When the nView DesktopManager is enabled it can cause conflicts with ShopFactory and other software.
We suggest you turn off nVidia's nView DesktopManager by doing the
following:
Open the nVidia nView Desktop Manager control panelby choosing:
Start Menu -> Settings -> Control Panel ->nVidia nView Desktop Manager
Uncheck the "Enable Desktop Manager"button.
Click the OK button.
Alternatively, you can leave nVidia nView DesktopManager on, but add
ShopFactory (SFEditorU.exe) to the "Applications" list inthe nVidia Control Panel, and choose the "Disable" button to disablenVidia nView Desktop Manager when running ShopFactory.
