To use GlobeCharge PayPro you must first signup for a GlobeCharge PayPro account on the GlobeCharge website www.globecharge.com

You will need to fill in an application form which will be sent to our partner, WireCard for approval.

You will also need to do the following things:-

In GlobeCharge:-

1 Login to www.globecharge.com with your account details

2. Set up Your email address to accept orders in GlobeCharge - Select
from menu Settings => Account Settings - make sure Email for Orders is
correct, as well as other information and click the Submit button to
save to database.

3. Register your Shop - Go to 'Settings' > Register Shop Details - Enter
the URL of your online shop and click Submit

4. Setup your Payment Methods in GlobeCharge

a) Login to your GlobeCharge account.
b) Select Settings => Payment Methods Accepted from the menu
c) Click on the Yes Radio button for "Use an automatic payment service" and Click the Next button
d) From the list of payment methods select GlobeCharge Pro, it is towards the bottom of the selection list. Then Click Next



e) On the next screen Choose Next (the details will vary depending on your previous selections)
f) On thenext screen Click Next (or choose your currency if you have not setthis up before - use your Shop's Default currency, and then click Next)
g) Now you need to setup your GlobeCharge Pro account. The information you need to enter at the GlobeCharge PayPro payment settings dialog are sent by WireCard to you such as HTTPS Username, HTTPS Password, Describer (is your "Business Case"), etc. - these are what you need to enter as shown in the image below:-




NOTE:If you have a new account, you must perform test transactions, to dothis you enter TEST infront of your WireCard Username. When you have been approved, Wirecard will contact you to perform test transactions. Once they are received they will set your account to "LIVE" - remove TEST infront of your WireCardusername and complete the payment setup.


h) Click Next to accept card types.

i) The next screen confirms the card types, currencies accepted, if all ok Click the Finish button to save.

j) Now you need to setup ShopFactory to use GlobeCharge Paypro
