Image Error: Runtime Error – Cannot open multimedia database

This error message can be shown if your PC has recently crashed or shutdown unexpectedly whilst ShopFactory is running.

Please refer to the information provided below to get rid of this image error.

Navigate to the following folder on your PC - but note that this may be set as a hidden folder and you will need to show the system and hidden files.

To resolve the issue reported here, please try removing the "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\3D3" folder while ShopFactory is not running.

- Close ShopFactory.
- Open Windows Explorer
- Navigate to this path,

For Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 users, copy the path below to the Windows Explorer address bar:

C:\ProgramData\3D3

 

- Delete the mm.db and thumbnail.db files

 

- Open Shop in ShopFactory and try adding an image to a product. It
should now work.

 

For Windows XP

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\

- Locate the "3D3" folder and delete it.

 

 

 

 

- Open your shop in ShopFactory and try again.
