When the error message on a certain page comes out, press "Print Scrn" key from your keyboard.
Open Microsoft Paint.
Click Paste from the toolbar. (Or press CTRL V simultaneously).
Click File => Save As.
Type a name for your file.
Make sure you change save as type: to JPEG.
Click Save.
Send your screenshot file to us by attaching it in your reply.
