Please do the following to convert your shop payment settings:

- Download and install ShopFactory V10 from http://www.shopfactory.com/contents/en-us/d18.html

- Open your shop in ShopFactory V10

- Click on the Total Care menu -> select “ Change Toal Care account for this shop” (as shown in the screenshot below).

 

 

-      Enter your Total Care username and password -> click OK. (Password is case sensitive)

- Click Properties -> PaymentMethods Accepted -> go through the payment wizard following the steps in the FAQ below:

For shops using Free SSL payment settings with Manual Credit Card Processing - PGP encryption must be enabled if customer credit card details are sent via email

-  Save and preview your shop. 

-  Place a test order to ensure that you can complete checkout.

-  Publish your shop so that the changes are uploaded online.

Important: Publish your shop again with “Publish All” ticked at least for this session to upload the changes online.
