To integrate with Saf-T-Pay you must first have an account with Saf-T-Pay.
Setup ShopFactory with a GlobeCharge account
This option is recommended as it will give you "callback"functionality. This means that when a customer completes payment using Saf-T-Pay your Order is automatically set to Paid in GlobeCharge.
If you have a GlobeCharge account then you need to setup ShopFactory to use your GlobeCharge account.
Follow these instructions:-
- Open shop in ShopFactory
- Click GlobeCharge
-Click Change Globecharge account fot this shop
This option does not include Callback functionality. To check the status of payments you will need to login to your Saf-T-Pay account.
To set this up do the following:-
In ShopFactory
1. Choose Properties => Payment Methods Accepted Menu from the Toolbar 2. On the First window click Next 3. Choose Saf-T-Pay from the List of Payment gateways (you will need to scroll down). The Click the Next Button 4. On the next screen, Click I want to use a different license and enter your Free Secure Order Processing License (you have received one when your purchased ShopFactory). Then click the Next button. 5. Now you need to Enter your Saf-T-Pay account details, these are supplied to you when you applied for your account. Then Click the Next button.
Note: TEST transactions
If you wish to make a number of tests using Saftpay before your account goes live you just need to add TEST infront of your username. When your account is "live" you just update it and remove the word TEST from the username. (TEST in front of user name will take you to the test server)
6. Now choose "Saf-T-Pay" and Click on Next
7. This will complete the Setup Process for ShopFactory. Click Finish
