To accept Ogone ecommerce as a payment Method you must have

a) a paid ShopFactory Total Care account (with Online Order Management service)
b) a Merchant account with Ogone, Contact Ogone to apply for an account.

Important: Once you have signed up for your Ogone account you will need to send email to support@globecharge.com. In thise mail please mention your PSPID (your Ogone username), URL of your shop (eg. www.yourdomain.com) and your contact details. When we receive your email we will setup the technical parameters in your Ogone account and send you an email with instructions (see point 6 below)

To find out if you have Online Order management service in your Total Care account do the following:-

1. Open your shop in ShopFactory 9/10
2. Click on MY ORDERS button to connect to the Total Care interface
3. Click on Orders menu to see if the orders are securely stored in your Total Care account. You need to be able to see your orders online.

Setup Ogone in your shop
Note: You should only set up Ogone in your shop if you have received an email from us that your account has been setup and you also received an email from Ogone that your account has been activated. If you setup Ogone before this your Ogone integration will fail.

- Open your shop in ShopFactory -> click on Properties => Payment Methods accepted

 - Ensure that the "Country" dropdown menu has "Show All" selected.

- Choose Ogone ecommerce from the list (Click the box on the right hand side) and click Next

- Click Next

-  Enter your Ogone account details, information required is

PSPID (the username that you have created for your Ogone account)

SHA-1 Signature (This is a signature that we will create for you and will be emailed to you)

- Click on the Set Currencies to choose currencies you wish to accept, the primary currency has to be chosen here.

-Choose the card types you wish to accept by Clicking the "box" next to the payment type and Click next

- Click next

- You can sort the order of display for all payment methods enabled by clicking the up/down arrow button. Then click on Finish button to save the settings

- Click Finish

-  Save and preview your shop. 

-  Place a test order to ensure that you can complete checkout.

-  Publish your shop so that the changes are uploaded online.

Important: You also need to login to your Ogone eCommerce merchant account and add these 2 callback URLs.

Successful page - OK (Thank you page):

*Now you can start accepting Ogone payments in your shop.
