To allow your customers to pay you through PayPal using their credit card or debit card without having to signup for a Paypal account, you need setup this option inside your PayPal account.
A) When you use PayPal – Website Payments Standard, your customers can pay you with PayPal, their credit card, or debit card.
The instructions may vary depending on your PayPal account - the steps below are intended as a guide only.
1. Sign in to your PayPal account
2. Select the My Account Tab
3. Then choose Profile
4. Under the Selling Preferences links - locate the link called "Website Payment Preferences", then click on it
5. Look for the option called "PayPal Account Optional"
6. You will see two radio buttons "on" and "off". Select ON - when this feature is turned on, your customers will not be required to signup for a PayPal account to make payment.
7. Click SAVE
