At the left tree menu, double click on that specific page. For example, Page 1 and ensure that you have OtherURL turned OFF (Internet Address field is EMPTY)
-Then open the “Page Properties -> Add HTML code” toolbar menu item
-Click the Add ( + ) button in the “Add HTML code” dialog
-Enter “redirect to otherURL” in the “Enter an identification name” field
-Enter in the code box:
<script type="text/javascript">
tf.location='http://www.XXXXXXXX.com';
</script>
Where, XXXXXXXX.com is the outside URL you want to show in this page.
In my sample screenshot below, I have used SF 11 dialog but it also works – you need to know the exact URL of the page under extra.
As per FAQ, http://support.shopfactory.com/kayako/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=699
To get the exact URL of this "extra" page, you can open the page properties and copy the page filename - locate the "Page ID" section and you will find the page filename - highlight it and press CTRL+C
To open this extra page, go to your website and then navigate to a page - edit the page filename to the extra page filename.
For example, http://testing.shopfactory.com/contents/en-us/d28.html
-Click OK
-Click OK
-(optional) For neatness, remove the introduction and description texts of the actual page, untick the “Show title” checkbox, and remove the Page Image.
