We have now integrated with Platon payment provider in ShopFactory.

STEP 1: Setup Callback URL in your Platon merchant account

You must login to your account, Https://secure.platononline.net
(we have not added the callback URL in their merchant account as it requires changing their password when logging in for the first time)

And then register our CALLBACK URL: (it might be under “Configuration” menu – please ask the merchant to give us a screenshot of the interface so we can add this in the FAQ article)

STEP 2: Setting up Platon as my payment processor in ShopFactory

- Open your shop in ShopFactory

-  Click on Properties -> Payment Methods Accepted

- The payment providers list shows up, enable the payment you want by ticking it in this case, tick " Platon" option

- Click Next

- Enter your Platon merchant account details (Username, Password, currencies supported, etc.)

- Make sure you select the currency that matches ShopFactory, once set it cannot be changed in your Total Care account   

- Tick the card types under WireCard’s supported Payment Methods that you want to enable in your shop.

- Click Next

(Note: You can sort the payment methods display by pressing the up/down arrow)

- Click Finish

- Save and preview your shop. Place a test order.

- Republish your shop so that the changes are uploaded online.

Your shop can now accept online orders.
