The Terms and Conditions is located on the Terms Page in ShopFactory.
To edit it you simply, double click on the Terms Page (in the left tree of ShopFactory).
This will open up the editor.
Edit the Text and Preview your Shop. Your Terms will be updated.
If you do not see the updates try turning on Rebuild All (it must be ticked, and is located on the Settings Menu item on the Toolbar)
