A.)If you have ShopFactory Light, Pro, or Gold (fixed) version of ShopFactory 8 –

-Go to http://support.shopfactory.com

-Click "Support" button at the top part » click on the "Downloadyour software again" link.

-Click on the link under "I have ShopFactory 6, 7, or 8"

-Enter your ShopFactory V8 serial number and registered email -> clickProceed.

-An email will be sent to you with the download instructions.

-Download and install latest ShopFactory 8.

Alternatively,you can login to

1.  using your ShopFactory registration details
2. At the “Get ShopFactory” section, click on Current Version: ShopFactory 8 link
3. The link goes into this page: http://www.3d3.com/encrypt/V6registrations/downloader.cgi so the merchant needs to enter own V8 registration details: serial number and registered email then click Proceed button. IMPORTANT NOTE: The merchant’s registration details will be wrapped in the downloader.
4. The download instructions will be sent to the registered email. The merchant will need to click on the Download Link to get the latest ShopFactory release.
5. Download the latest ShopFactory build and install it.

B.)For ShopFactory Total Care paid users, you can download the latest buildfrom:

1. Login http://support.shopfactory.com using your ShopFactory Total Care details
2. At the “Get ShopFactory” section, click on Current Version: ShopFactory 8 link
3. Download the latest ShopFactory build and install it.
