- Open your shop in ShopFactory

-  Click on Properties -> Payment Methods Accepted

- The payment providers list shows up, enable the payment you want by ticking it in this case, tick "HSBC CPI" option

 

 

 

- Click Next

- Enter your HSBC CPI merchant account details (Username, currencies supported, etc.)

- Make sure you select the currency that matches ShopFactory, once set it cannot be changed in your Total Care account

- Tick the card types under HSBC CPI’s supported Payment Methods that you want to enable in your shop.

 

 

 

Note: If your HSBC account is in test mode (not live yet) then you must enterthe word TESTin front of your username to perform test transactions. When you are satisfied withtest orders, you need to contact HSBC again and they will set your account to“live” status so you can begin accepting real transactions.

 

 For e.g. if your username is 123456 such as above, then you need to enter TEST123456 in the Username Field

 

 

- Click Next

(Note: You can sort the payment methods display by pressing the up/down arrow)

- Click Finish

- Save and preview your shop. Place a test order.

- Republish your shop so that the changes are uploaded online.

Your shop can now accept online orders.

 

Once your shop is ready to go “live” – ensure that you as a merchant remove “TEST” in front of the HSBC username in GlobeCharge.

 

 Save and publish your shop so that the changes are uploaded online.
