Please use the Google Analytics code dialog specifically intended for this purpose -

ShopFactory Central page

1. Open your shop in ShopFactory software

2.  At the left tree menu, click ShopFactory Central page -> click the "Search engines (SEO)" button

3.  Locate the "Google Analytics Code" box and then paste your code as shown in screenshot:

(Note: Do not enter your keywords in the Google Analytics box - the search words are added in the product wizard and page properties dialog - SEO details section)
