ZipPay is a payment method that you can offer to your customers.

1. Locate your Zip Merchant Credentials

Open your default browser and go to the Zip merchant dashboard

Log in with the email address and password you created when you set up your Zip merchant account.

If you have forgotten your merchant account details, you can contact Zip Support at support@zipmoney.com.au.

At the left menu, navigate to SETTINGS > INTEGRATION DETAILS and take note of the PRIVATE key.

2. Enable the Zip Payment Method in your shop

- Open shop in ShopFactory

- Click Central dropdown -> Payment methods accepted

- At the Payments providers list, tick “zipPay” - click Next

- Enter your API Private Key

UNTICK “Test (Sandbox)”

select AUD currency

- Tick “zipPay” payment method - click Next until Finish.

- Save and preview your shop in External browser

- Publish your shop again

3. Add the Zip Marketing Widgets

Add the Zip marketing assets to your product and cart pages, to educate your customers that the Zip payment option is available.
