To use Gestpay as payment provider, you will need to configure not only ShopFactory to use Banca Sella (Set username, payment methods and currency) but also have to change some settings within the Banca Sella System.
Part 1. CONFIGURING BANCA SELLA ADVANCED
- Banca Sella (Gestpay integration) - Using your admin username and password you will need to log into https://ecomm.sella.it/gestpay/backoffice/LoginGestPay.asp

Using your admin username and password you will need to log into https://ecomm.sella.it/gestpay/backoffice/LoginGestPay.asp
From the CONFIGURATION menu you will have to change settings for the IP address and Response settings

The IP Addresses should be the following:

Then you will need to set-up the response settings to return information to ShopFactory Total Care.
Choose:
Response
The emails you can set-up as you wish, to inform people in your organization.
The positive and negative responses need to be setup to be the exact files of your shop.
e.g.
Sample Shop URL is: (You obviously need to change this URL according to your website address/domain)

where, Language is English – USA (en-us) if you are in Italy, then your language will be “it”)
So for the Positive response the URL is

For the negative response the URL is
http://www.chocolate.santu.com/V6BSAdvancedSF/contents/en-us/V6No.html
Next, you will need to click on the Customer Configuration (in English)
Then you will need to select the Fields and Parameters settings.
A new “NO DISPLAY” page must be created.
This new page MUST be created by Banca Sella, so you need to request them to create a new page for you.
As some parameters must be configured from Banca Sella, (you will be unable to enable them) when you request this new Input page to be created, you MUST request that the Credit Card, Expiry Month and Expiry Year fields be set to be “Yes” in the Parameter column.
Once this page has been created, you will need to select the page which will be used to collect the customer’s payment details. “NO DISPLAY”
Please ensure that all the highlighted settings are selected.

If one of the parameters (other than Credit Card, Expiry Month and Expiry Year which can only be set by Banca Sella) is not on, click on the name of the parameter to edit it.
A pop-up window will appear with the settings you can change. If a field that we require cannot be change it will be shown as grey, so this will then need to be changed by Banca Sella.
For any changes that Banca Sella need to make, you will need to provide them with your account details.

After editing the parameters, once all the settings are correct, you will need to publish
You should also check the time stamp as to which is the newest published version, as this is the one Banca Sella will use.
Part 2.Setting up Banca Sella in ShopFactory
Assuming you’ve already configured your GestPay (Banca Sella) account – select GestPay as your payment method in your shop. Please follow the procedures below:
- Open shop in ShopFactory
- Click Central dropdown (formerly Properties) from the menu bar -> select Payment methods accepted
- Select "GestPay Sella Advanced"
- Click Next
- Enter your Merchant username in GestPay Sella Advanced settings dialog
- Select your payment methods for GestPay Sella i.e. American Express, Visa, Mastercard, etc.
- Go through the payment setup wizard by clicking NEXT -> until Finish.
- Save and preview shop in external browser. Place a test order.
- Publish your shop again to upload the changes.
