When using ShopFaqctory Light there is a limit of 50 products in your website as well as 25 pages. Paragraphs are handled in the same way as products so these are included in the count for products.
If you have reached your limit of 50 products but do not believe that you have 50 products in your website please check the list of contents.
The list of contents will include any products or paragraphs which may have been deleted from your website. This is the correct function in ShopFactory and provides a backup for any products which could have been deleted by mistake. Please delete any products from the list of contents which are no longer neeeded.
