- Download and install the latest release of ShopFactory

ShopFactory's latest release is available for download from the “Download ShopFactory Again” page: https://www.shopfactory.com/contents/en-us/d18.html -> click on the download link for “I have ShopFactory 12 or Total Care”

- Run ShopFactory and register with your existing ShopFactory rental account = username and password (If the Subscription Setup dialog does not show, click on the HELP menu -> REGISTER)

- Select the 2nd option "Activate ShopFactory with an existing username and password"

- Enter your ShopFactory username and password -> click CONTINUE -> click FINISH.
