Please follow this procedure to deactivate ShopFactory TotalCare:

1. Make sure ShopFactory Total Care is notrunning.
2. Download the Deactivate Total Care.zip filethrough this link:

http://download.shopfactory.com/support/DeactivateTotalCare.zip

3. After downloading, double click on the zipfile and extract it to your desktop

4. Double click   the .reg file it contains and answer Yes or OK to anyprompts.

5. Open ShopFactory Total Care again.

6. Click on the Activation button and enter your new details.

7. Open your shop in ShopFactory

8. Click GlobeCharge->Change GlobeCharge account

9. Enter your new ShopFactory Total Care details

10. Click Properties->payment Method accepted

11. Republish your shop with your new ShopFactory Total Care account
