This is what you must do to see the custom fields in SalesManager:
1. Update to the latest build
2. Open your shop in the latest build of ShopFactory
3. Click Settings->Global Settings
4. Select Shopping Basket under Settings for this Website
5. Select HTML_V8 or TEXT_V8 as Order Format
6. Click OK
7. Save and Republish shop
