The Under contruction warning is updated on the Publish Settings.
1.In ShopFactory Click on Publish => Publish my website to the Net from the toolbar
2. The Publish window will appear
3. On the window above make sure Add "Under Construction" warning is not ticked. If ticked, click on the box next to it to untick it.
4. Then click Publish to Re-publish your website without the warning
