1)Login to Tranzila and go to Settings -> Config 1

At the “ Respond to a User Agent object including http headers” section –

Enter Server IP 72.52.101.28

or Enter our subnet: 72.52.101.0/27

-    Easier way to setup “ Include Variables in return string” is to select NO

-     However,if merchant wants to choose YES then --- do NOT select “FULL CC number”. We do not use these other variables so only choose “ Include only last 4 digits ofCC number”.

 2)Config 2

 Make one user defined field “ orderid” – the merchant must use this defined field otherwise Tranzila will not work. See screenshot below:

More importantly, you can check more information on the value of the return variable response by going to Settings -> Config 2 and click on thelink “ Here's a List of all possible Shva responses.” For example,Variable Response 003 means Contact credit company (suspect order),response 000 = transaction approved, response 004 = refusal, etc.
