Answer

 Klarna (Pay on invoice) is only available in Sweden, Germany, Finland, Norway,Denmark and Netherland. To setup Klarna in your shop, please refer to theprocedure below:  

1. Open your shop in ShopFactory

2. Make sure you are using your correct GlobeCharge account. Goto GlobeCharge menu and select “Change GlobeCharge username for this shop”

3. Enter your correct username and password and click OK

4. Setup payment methods accepted. Go toProperties=>Payment methods accepted

5. The payment methods form will appear, select Show all

 

6.  Select Klarna fromthe list of Payment Gateway which depends on what country/countries you want tooffer Klarna payment.

For Nederland:

7. Once you completed the details in Payment details setup,click next

8. Confirm that the Klarna payment you selected is availablein “Payment setup complete” page

9. Click Finish    

10. You can place test orders in your shop and test if Klarna is working properly. 

It is important to use the information in the test person if you place test orders.

IMPORTANT: When you are redirected to the Checkout page use the details in the Klarna test account, use the link below to find out the (test person) customers Klarna details:

http://integration.klarna.com/en/testing/test-persons 

Then click on Set Test Person

At the GC Checkout page, enter the same details as it appears on the Klarna test account page, i.e. (very important and required) Persoonnummer of Organisatienummer: 010719701, Vornaam: Test, Achternaam: Persoon, Land: Nederland, Huisnummer: 8 A, etc.

NOTE: You can use your OWN email for testing but all other details must be the same as the Klarna test account page.
